The Womens' Bridge Association of Philadelphia was established in 1933 to encourage friendly bridge competition among women players in the City of Philadelphia and its vicinity and to arrange, govern and regulate all contests, between its members. The League may also raise funds for charity.

InterClub BRIDGE Opportunity !!
The New League will likely take place February, March, and April 2027
It will be quite different from the other interclub leagues in a number of ways:

1. Swiss Team format
2. Each club sends two teams of four players
3. All clubs playing in the same tier will play at the same location at the same time
4. Six clubs in each tier.
5. Men are allowed to play
6. Directors will be present
7. ACBL MasterPoints will be awarded
8. Winner for the season will be cumulative Victory Points from each match.
